im kind of short with black hair,honey-brown eyes and brown skin.....im very bad with fashion and would like some ideas on my clothing.....i dont particularly care about fashion but everyone(including friends)tells me that i should dress well...

I think you should wear colours that are bright if your skin is darker and wear some flats. You would probably look good in jeans so go to a store like american eagle and try some on%26gt;

make an appointment at a department store! its a little trick of the trade. you see, call in and make an apointment wit a stylist. you get some kind of discount [depending where you go] and you get the things that best fits your body! but the best thing is....ITS FREE!

there is an article in the septmber issue of seventeen called "i love being petite!". the clothing therir suggetins is a mini jumper/jumper dress. on a petite frame a short hemline wont look too skimpy, it would be just the right poportion! another thing they suggested are short shorts.
