Mix mayo in your shampoo (gross but great moisture) one part mayo 2 parts shampoo. Apply John Frieda's conditioner only to the roots and tips of your hair, Rinse with cold bottled water, The nutrients will make it look super healthy. Apply leave-in conditioner to your still damp hair. and blow dry using the "cool" button on your hair dryer. If all else fails get it trimmed.

I use Matrix and I love it. but sounds like you need a trim.

None of those products will help until you get a trim and keep it trimmed every 4-6 weeks. Then I would do a intense moisture shampoo or/and conditioner. You can do your own hair therapy... put conditioner on wet hair and wrap it up in plastic wrap ...then use a hair dryer on it while in the plastic... the heat will cause the hair cuticle to open up and take in the conditioner but the plastic will keep it from drying out.

Truth fully try the less expensive conditioner. the one i recommend is cholesterol creme its by Quene Helena. the color should be almond and if you use it twice a week leaving it in your hair for half hourthen washing out it works...but you must cut off the split ends and dry ends. carrot oil and olive oil does work as well....... dont think expensive is better it just may not be in this case

When I had my hair colored last, I purchased Redkin shampoo and conditioner and used it every day. When I went back to my stylist two months later for a haircut, she said I really didn't have anything to cut off and that my hair looked great.

JOHN FRIEDA MY MOM SAYS IT WORKS GOOD. not perfect but good. Why don't you just get a trim to get rid of the splits? Splits aren't good as you may know, and by the way, it's healthier to get your hair cut more often. Not neccesarily profesionally though, i do my own in between pro cuts. So trim it then try John Frieda serum and other products

Bumble and Bumble "Deeeep"

It's an awesome conditioning treatment.

Bumble and Bumble products are the BEST.

It doesn't matter if you spend hundreds in shampoo or hair care products, you need to cut the ends first. Then take care of it using a deep moisturizing treatment weekly. Get regular trims and don't use too much heating products. Try Biosilk, it leaves hair super soft and shiny.
