my bff's mom doesnt think blacks and whites should date and she told my friend shes not aloud to date anyone unless there white,,i think that is the dumbest thing ever,,why does it matter???i just dont get it and it makes me so mad that some people think thats wrong,,in my opinion its like saying you should stay with ur hair color or somthing lol,,maybe not so much but u get what im saying lol,,i just think as long as the guy/girl is a good person and good to their bf/gf it shouldnt matter,what do you all think???oh and merry Christmas lol

You are right, and those people who care about race - are stupid, dumb, and should be told to go live on some island somewhere. Really, who gives a damn. I'm white and my wife is Japanese, but the 2 of us really don't care. My mother cares though, and only recently realized that my Japanese wife is a wonderful person. Hey, those of us with brains realize that all people are equal and it really doesn't matter - but there are a lot of dumb asses out there. Good luck!

Some people only like people with blue eyes. Some people only like skinny people. Some people only like people who have good jobs. Some people only like people with tattoos. Each person's tastes are different. Get over it.

Because there are people in this world that are close-minded, ignorant people that don't like people outside of their own race/belief system/looks because they think they are superior.

This is why we will never achieve peace in the world, because you will always have the people who are pigs and don't want to accept others for themselves and not their race etc.

Some people are only attracted to people with certain physical features, and that's just a matter of personal preference, but for someone to say it's morally wrong for people to date outside their own race is just completely insane, and it's a horrible message for a parent to send to her daughter. You can't help who you fall in love with, and your bff's mom is being really irresponsible by telling your bff that her s\o's race is more important than how he treats her or whether or not they're happy together.

God made everyone for a reason. He didn't make whites for whites, guys for girls, vice versa.

We WERE all created equal.

We all arn't equal now. As the days pass by we will never be equal. The government and the laws can't even make punishments of crimes equal, how in the hell are they gonna make people not discriminate if that makes any sense.

Well, in the year 2007 there are still problem in blacks and white datting! Sorry But, I'm color blind my self! I use to think just like her till DNA came out! The different between a black and a white person is 3 things in DNA and with-out bad genes,etc. ( human to human)
